Shipping Methods and shipping services
For made-to-order or some out of stock items, it will be shipped after production which normally 1-2 weeks up to volume.
Cargo
Cargo method can ship up to 45 kg. send by surface.
THAILAND POST
- EMS air delivery 5-10 days. Real-time tracking services
- ECONOMY air Delivery taks 10-20 days. Real-time tracking services
- Surface Delivery taks 30-45 days. All estimate time is depend on your country custom check as well.
Shipping Calculation Shipping costs are calculated based on total gross weight of your order. For all services, price will step up every 500 gram. So, to get the optimum shipping costs, you may combine your order to reach the optimum weight.
Import Taxes and Customs You may required to pay taxes and/or custom duties in your country. The price on our website does not included taxes/duties at your country.
Package Splitting We may split your order to packages based on the following conditions:
- The total weights are too large. So, we need to split each package to appropriate weight recommended by shipping agents
- Some of your item is in production while the other items in your order are in-stock. We may ship the in-stock items first if they are matched shipping weight recommended by shipping agents
