Mold fee is can not refunded at any time or for any reason
After make the mold, if the order is not continue over 1 year factory will remove the logo from their file. To making logo again they will be charge as new logo cost

2. All of logo customize is handmade item, this may caused of human error, the factory will do their best to provide the least mistake. However in case if the mistake happen we can not refund as well.
